Why I Started Regal Dog Training

My journey into dog training began with my own dogs—especially my Australian Cattle Dog and Golden Retriever. I learned the hard way how important structure and clear communication are, and it pushed me to dive deeper into understanding dog behavior. Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats—from working at doggy daycares and kennels to being a vet tech, and even climbing the corporate ladder. But dog training was always there, and it’s where my heart truly belongs.

When I moved to Colorado, I decided it was time to make my dream a reality and start my own business. I wanted to create a training service that was honest, straightforward, and effective. No fluff, no gimmicks—just practical, balanced training that gets results.

My Philosophy

At Regal Dog Training, my goal is to keep things simple. Training doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming. It’s about finding a routine that works for you and your dog, and sticking to it. Whether you're dealing with leash manners, recall, or multi-dog household dynamics, I’ll give you the tools you need to handle it all with confidence.
